On Thursday, June 29th a new store called Native + Nomad, a casual and contemporary designer apparel and accessories store opened at CoolSprings Galleria.Â
Then on Jan. 7, the store closed its doors for business.
We reached out to learn more about the closing. Â Native + Nomad told us their space at the CoolSprings Galleria was a short-term pop-up shop and they had always planned to close in January.
For those who enjoyed shopping at the store, you might get the opportunity to shop there again soon. Native + Nomad said, “We definitely will be opening another location- might do another pop up if we can find the right space until we find the ideal permanent spot. We are keeping an eye on a few new projects.”
Established in 2015, Native + Nomad’s mission is to uphold the “Support Local” standard of Nashville; all the while providing items that you will not find anywhere else in the city. Native + Nomad specializes in denim and on-trend items for each season as well as timeless wardrobe staples.
The first local Native + Nomad opened in Hillsboro Village in Nashville in 2015.
Some of the local brands you can shop at the store include Little Seed Farm organic soaps made from goats milk, Project 615, The Nashville Guide, Southern Socks and more.
