A Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Deputy and his favorite charity were honored with an award from Toyota of Cool Springs. Deputy Cody Richardson was named Deputy of the Month for January.

Deputy Richardson was given this award for his outstanding work in locating evidence to assist in the prosecution of an armed robbery suspect. He is assigned to the Patrol Division and has worked for WCSO for 2 ½ years.

Toyota of Cool Springs General Sales Manager Kris Krabill presented a plaque to Deputy Richardson and Toyota of Cool Springs will donate a check for $150.00 to A Soldier’s Child Foundation, an organization that serves the children of military personnel who have lost their lives on active duty with birthday celebrations, mentorship programs and college scholarships.

Each month Toyota of Cool Springs will honor a WCSO deputy and a charity.
