Deputy Honored For Stopping Violent Abduction

A Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Deputy and his favorite charity were honored with an award from Toyota of Cool Springs. Deputy Bryan Welch was named Deputy of the Month for June. Toyota of Cool Springs will make a donation to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in his honor.

Deputy Welch was given this award for stopping a speeding car on I-840 and ending a violent abduction that began in Georgia. He has worked for the WCSO for 17 years and is assigned to Criminal Warrants in the Court Services Division.

Toyota of Cool Springs General Sales Manager Kris Krabill presented a plaque to Deputy Welch and Toyota of Cool Springs will donate a check for $150.00 to the National MS Society.

Each month Toyota of Cool Springs will honor a WCSO deputy and a charity.
