Deputy Honored for Solving Home Burglary Case

Deputy of the Month - May
Sheriff Dusty Rhoades, Detective Scott Keen, Kris Krabill, Captain David Beard

A Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Detective and his favorite charity were honored with an award from Toyota of Cool Springs. Detective Scott Keen was named Deputy of the Month for May.

Detective Keen was given this award after he solved a home burglary case and recovered most of the homeowner’s property. A neighbor’s tip that he saw a young male with “funny colored” hair riding a bike in the neighborhood on the morning of the burglary helped the Detective identify a suspect. Detective Keen’s questioning of that suspect led to a confession and the stolen property. His supervisor said he goes above and beyond to solve his cases and this burglary arrest was an example of his hard work and dedication.

Toyota of Cool Springs General Sales Manager Kris Krabill presented a plaque to Detective Keen and Toyota of Cool Springs will donate a check for $150.00 to The Davis House Child Advocacy Center in Franklin.

Each month Toyota of Cool Springs will honor a WCSO deputy and a charity.
