We Sat Down with Dave Jaworski to Learn a Few Microsoft Secrets

Williamson County resident Dave Jaworski was the third employee of Microsoft Canada. He served as the national sales manager before being promoted to general manager of Western US Sales. There he led a team, managing 80 percent of Microsoft’s US business. Dave was promoted to GM of US Sales Operations and then led a turnaround as head of Microsoft University. He received the first ever Bill Gates Chairman’s Award of Excellence.

He has recently written a book about his 10-years working at Microsoft. In his book he documents the launch of Microsoft Office and how he and several other employees went undercover to work for different employers to see how Microsoft products work in a live-work environment.
