With a boom in the home market from the building of new neighborhoods to the influx of new residents, there’s seems to be few places for consumers to shop for outfitting their new living space.
Last year, The Mall at Green Hills welcomed the opening of a free-standing Restoration Hardware store complete with cafe. Now, Nashville Business Journal is reporting that Crate and Barrel has filed a permit with Metro for a 27,000 square-foot space. The permit has not not yet been granted.
This would be the first Crate and Barrel store in Tennessee. In past holiday seasons, Crate and Barrel operated a holiday pop-up shop inside the mall but this is the first news of a store opening in Nashville.
