CPA will remain undefeated and 11-0 this week, after a big first-round 42-7 win against White House Heritage (5-5) last night.  The Lions will return home next week to take on East Nashville (8-2), who barely got by Lipscomb Academy 22-21.

Within the first quarter, Mizzou commit Thomas Richard nailed the end zone with a pass completed by QB Zack Weatherly to give the Lions a lead.  Richard would do it again with a 14-yard pass from Jay Hockaday and bring CPA up 14-0 before the second.

Mizzou better be ready for this Class of 2014 commit because he will be bringing some power to the turf.

Richard brought another one right into the end zone, not even one-minute into the game.  Weatherly would also toss one to JR Osborn, and Hockaday would run a TD in for himself to give the Lions 21- points within the second.

Into the third, CPA would seal off its 42-points for the night with a 38-yard run made by Max Pressley.  And as for White House Heritage, it was not until the fourth that its single TD of the night was put up on the board.

CPA will take on East Nashville at home next week in the 2nd round of the TSSAA play-offs.
