County Leaders to Talk About the “State of the Schools”

The county mayor’s “State of the County” address was last week. In two weeks comes the “State of the Schools” panel, with County school leaders set to talk about our schools.

On August 15 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Battle Ground Academy, Williamson County Schools Superintendent Dr. Mike Looney, Franklin Special School District Director of Schools Dr. David Snowden and BGA Head of Schools Will Kesler will speak.

Student art and various career and technical programs will be on display while the representatives talk about their strategic plans.

Presented by Williamson, Inc, the school systems, will have a ‘See a Need, Meet a Need’ wall for any potential donators and meet the needs of local schools.
