If you need a little namaste in your life this summer, CorePower Yoga will be opening on the Hill Center Brentwood.
On Saturday, May 27, CorePower Yoga will open its doors to the community. With this new location, it will be the first in Tennessee.
The mission of CorePower Yoga as stated on their website is, “to show the world the incredible life-changing things that happen when you root an intensely physical workout in the mindfulness of yoga.”
Each CorePower Yoga is built with sustainable practices and offers climate controlled rooms. They also provide filtered water bottle filling stations with sanitary no-touch sensors.
The flooring in their yoga studios is manufactured with over 40% post-consumer recycled material, reduces VOC emissions by 80 – 90% and is inherently anti-microbial and anti-bacterial.
Classes at CorePower Yoga range from heated with a temperature setting from 100 – 103 degrees to non-heated where the temperature range is normal. They offer a range of classes from flow yoga, sculpt, cardio and hot yoga.
As an opening special, CorePower Yoga will be selling their Black Tag Membership where you receive unlimited yoga, special discounts and more. Visit their website for more information. Class schedules are posted on their website.
