At 3:45 Tuesday morning officers were called to Twice Daily on Berry Farms Crossing about a suspicious person. Citizens there were concerned about a man acting erratically. Arriving officers spotted a pistol in the subject’s car.
Officers determined that the suspect, 27-year-old Joshua Moore, of Nashville, was a convicted felon who could not legally possess a firearm. Officers also discovered a variety of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia in Moore’s vehicle.
Charged with Possession of a Handgun by a Felon, Manufacture/Distribution of a Schedule II Drug, Manufacture/Distribution of a Schedule VI Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication, Moore is free on the $12,000 bond set by the Magistrate. He is due in court at 1:00 pm on March 21.
