Changes are underway at The Factory in Franklin. The spaces that were once the restaurant Lyrics and the Little Cottage children’s boutique is now under construction. Workers are transforming the two spaces into a new restaurant.
The owner of The Pharmacy, a popular burger joint in Nashville, is bringing its new concept called Liberty Green to The Factory.
The idea behind Liberty Green will be to give restaurant goers games and multiple outlets to enjoy while dining and making use of the green space available at The Factory, calling it a “backyard bbq.”
At this point, we don’t have a clear date as to when the project will be finished but after sitting vacant for months, there seems to be forward progress taking place.
Until then, we will think of the days when we can play shuffleboard and eat a burger.
Other new restaurants which recently moved into The Factory include MAFIAoZA’s and Funk Seoul Brothers.
Other Factory news: In the past few months, Saffire restaurant announced new management and a new chef and Five Daughters Bakery has expanded their menu beyond doughnuts to offer breakfast and lunch items.
