About The Comfy Cow:

The Comfy Cow was founded in 2009 by Roy and Tim Koons-McGee to satisfy their life-long dreams of creating and producing one-of-a-kind, super-premium ice cream from the finest ingredients with their own handcrafted touch. They believe that vibrant communities make for rich lives, and to that end, through their ice cream shops, they believe in giving back to the communities they serve. They currently have six shops throughout Louisville and Southern Indiana and will open a seventh in Louisville (Middletown), KY in June. In addition, The Comfy Cow Ice Cream can be found in many of Louisville’s finest restaurants and specialty stores as well as Louisville’s Whole Foods. The two Whole Foods stores in the Nashville area will also be carrying The Comfy Cow pint-sized flavors in the near future. Nationwide shipping is also available from their website at www.thecomfycow.com. Follow us @TheComfyCow on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.

“On behalf of the entire investment group, we are very excited to be bringing The Comfy Cow to Nashville in what we hope is our first of many stores throughout the area. We think Nashville will love this crazy good ice cream as much as they do in Louisville. We are also excited about bringing flavors unique to this area that this community will love. We have learned that our stores do extremely well in family friendly communities and in shopping areas with easy access, lots of parking and plenty of outdoor patio space. This CityPark location has all that and more.”
