This week brings us the Country Music Festival in Nashville and every hotel room within 100 miles will be full of fans trying to catch a glimpse of their favorite star. Many popular artists live here in Williamson County. This means more traffic as homes are toured and local hang-outs frequented.
Expect to see larger crowds at your favorite places and lots of starry eyed fans hoping to catch a star in their backyard. All of this comes with a silver lining as tourism dollars flow into the county. When you find yourself a little miffed at the long wait or the slower than normal traffic, just take a breath and be thankful you don’t live in downtown Nashville this week.
