District 11

Grace Christian Lions – The new year has proven successful for the Lions, as they have gone 4-3 since the start of January. Since January 1st, Grace Christian has wins over Richland, Culleoka, Cornersville, and Hendersonville Christian. GCA is 8-11, 5-4 in district play at this point. This week, a visit to Hampshire is sandwiched by home contests with Mt. Pleasant and Richland.

The young Lady Lions are still in search of their first win, sitting at 0-14, 0-9 in district play. As their experience builds, results on the positive side of the win-loss column are on the horizon.

Game of the Week Coverage: CA Too Much For Grace Christian

Fairview Yellow Jackets – District play after the first of the year for the Yellow Jackets brought challenges from the top half of district 11 standings. Fairview sits at 1-17, 0-11 in district play. This week, the Jackets host Camden Central, Nashville Christian, and East Hickman.

The Lady Jackets scored district wins over Hickman County and Montgomery Central in recent weeks to move their record to 5-13, 4-7 in district play.

District 12

Page Patriots – The Patriots went 4-2 after the holiday break in district play, moving Page’s overall record to 10-8. Page earned a season sweep over Spring Hill, plus wins over Giles County and Cascade. This week, Page hosts CPA and visits Giles County.

The Lady Patriots currently sit at 7-10, 2-4 in district play. Page has district wins over Marshall County and a season split with the Lady Raiders from Spring Hill.

Spring Hill Raiders – The Raiders are currently in the midst of a 7-game losing streak. Spring Hill is 3-12, winless in district play. The Raiders will look to reverse their fortunes at home this week against Giles County and Marshall County.

District play has been kinder to the Lady Raiders. The Spring Hill Ladies are 5-14, 3-3 in District 12. The Lady Raiders hold victories over Marshall County, Cascade, and Page in district play and Columbia Central in non-district play.

CPA Lions – Once the Lions hit district play, CPA hit their stride. CPA is currently 12-7, 5-0 in District 12. Since the beginning of 2016, CPA has victories over Marshall County, Page, Cascade, Giles County, and Spring Hill. This week, the Lions travel to Page and host Cascade.

Like their male counterparts, the Lady Lions have dominated district play. CPA is 14-4, 5-0 in district play, with district wins over Marshall County, Page, Cascade, Giles County, and Spring Hill.
