The Exercise Coach is a high-tech, appointment-only, trainer-assisted fitness studio owned and operated by Chuck Bundy and his son, Rick Bundy. The gym features smart workout machines that automatically tailor settings to a user’s profile.
The best part, workout and weight loss goals can be met in twenty minutes meeting with a coach twice a week. The program combines the latest in fitness technology with the personal trainer to create an effective workout program. The program is not a one-size-fits-all fitness program, however evaluated the clients muscle mass and metabolic makeup to design a custom program.
Goals of the program include: weight loss, boosting metabolism, increase in bone density, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, improving endurance just to name the key improvements clients experience.
