The plan proposes a new 5,125 square foot Chili’s restaurant with 194 seats and 105 parking spaces. The proposal also called for the demolition of the existing building. Portions of the asphalt will also be removed and replaced. Other areas of the site; including the location of parking, perimeter landscaping, driveway access, refuse collection areas, will continue to be used. These areas will be updated or improved as indicated on the plans.

The proposed building facades will be composed of a mixture of materials; including, brick, stucco, stone and hardiboard.

The site has a single existing accessed driveway from Crossing Boulevard. Consideration of cross access to the Panda Express site is being explored.

There are three other Chili’s locations in the area- 7083 Bakers Bridge Road, Franklin-107 Creekside Crossing, Brentwood, and 3084 Columbia Avenue, Franklin.
