CoolSprings Galleria Welcomes The Cheesecake Factory and Island Purveyor

This afternoon a press conference was called by Dana Katterjohn, Regional Director of Marketing, for CBL Properties regarding changes to the CoolSprings Galleria.

David Meadows, General Manager of CoolSprings Galleria,  announced the addition of  The Cheesecake Factory and Island Purveyor featuring Tommy Bahama to Cool Springs Galleria.

DrMooreThe Cheesecake Factory will be a 8.720 square foot restaurant located near the Belk entrance, next to Talbot’s.  At this time, Talbot’s will still be open but will be relocated as The Cheesecake Factory is set to open in November.  Island Purveyor featuring Tommy Bahama will be located across from the Apple Store near Macy’s and will open in late summer.

“We are excited to bring both The Cheesecake Factory and Island Purveyor featuring Tommy Bahama to CoolSprings Galleria as part of our redevelopment and expansion plans,” said Stephen Lebovitz, president and chief executive officer, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc.

“The Cheesecake Factory offers an extraordinary dining experience for its customers.  Additionally, Island Purveyor featuring Tommy Bahama’s upscale-casual and island inspired fashion for both men and women is sure to be immensely popular with our shoppers.”

Other guests on hand for this announcement included Congressman Marsha Blackburn.  Blackburn said she was “absolutely thrilled to be here to celebrate this occasion, it is wonderful for Williamson County and the entire area.”

Dr. Ken Moore, City of Franklin Mayor, stated “the mall is very important to our city, the mall is an important economic impact for our region.  We are very excited for this expansion, congratulations to the mall.”

CoolSprings Mall Manager, Dan Meadows hinted at other announcements that will take place at a later time.
