Charming Charlie, the fashion accessory store, will reportedly close all stores, reports Bloomberg.

The retailer has filed for bankruptcy for the second time in less two years. With the closure of more than 260 stores, over 3,000 employees will be affected by the decision. Liquidation of stores is expected to be completed in two months.

Founded in Houston in 2004, Charming Charlie has stores in malls across the U.S. It’s known for organizing its bright merchandise by color, and its core customer base is middle-aged women, Chief Financial Officer Alvaro E. Bellon said in a court declaration.

The one location of Charming Charlie in Williamson County previously closed; there is currently one open inside The Mall at Green Hills, at The Avenue Murfreesboro and the Streets of Indian Lake in Hendersonville

Other retailers that have closed this year include Gymboree, Crazy 8, Payless, and Charlotte Russe.
