Franklin Police and Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information that leads to the identification of this failed thief.
On May 30, he tried stealing four sets of wireless headphones and a pair of tennis shoes from the Spring Creek Drive Kohl’s. The suspect dropped the merchandise and fled in a black SUV after being challenged by store security.
Notice the tattoo on the lower part of the suspect’s neck.
