Carothers Crossing Adds 162 Acres to Nolensville Development

Carothers Crossing

Carothers Crossing, a neighborhood-style subdivision community in Nolensville being developed by Walton Tennessee, LLC, will be getting an additional 162 acres of land for development per a deal signed with the original landowner, Robert Carothers, earlier this week.

This purchase is in addition to the three separate tracts of land that Walton Tennessee purchased in early May 2014 from Capital Bank, Cadence Bank and Pinnacle Bank. Combined, the four parcels comprise 545 acres of land located just east of the town of Nolensville and west of the Interstate 24 Old Hickory Boulevard exit 62.

Walton Tennessee purchased this most recent 162-acre tract from the original landowner, Robert Carothers. Southeast Venture brokers Greg Coleman and Ashley Bishop represented the buyer in all four sales.

The concept of Carothers Crossing is similar to that of Lenox Village in south Nashville, Westhaven in Franklin and Tollgate Village in Thompson Station. The development will have an epicenter of shopping and green areas to create a more close-knit community feel.

Walton Tennessee is an affiliate of Walton Development and Management, a land management and development company based in Roswell, Georgia.
