BrightStone Receives $60K in Donations During The Big Payback

brighstone the big payback donation thank you

Thanks to over a hundred individual donors and one very generous $20,000 matching grant, BrightStone had a new record high year for The Big Payback! BrightStone received exactly $60,000 during this community-wide, 24-hour online giving challenge hosted by The Community

Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Not only will this single-day campaign fully fund their goal of $20,000 in towards student technological resources, the additional $40,000 will further extend their efforts to help adults with special needs in Middle Tennessee.

Technology plays a major role in education and learning for the adults at BrightStone who are challenged with intellectual disabilities. This year, your donation provides equipment, software, and training that will empower BrightStone students and open new worlds of learning.

In the past five years, The Big Payback has helped raise more than $12 million dollars for more than 1,000 local nonprofits – including schools and religious institutions. Participating organizations have received gifts from over 19,000 NEW donors they may have not otherwise reached.

BrightStone is deeply honored and incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support from the community. They would like to invite anyone and everyone to come visit their facility to learn more about their daily mission of helping adults with special needs and their future campus vision.
