The Westhaven community will welcome the Front Street Craft Brew Celebration on August 9, running from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Guests will have the opportunity to sample 30+ craft beers, with many of these brews coming from the best Southern craft and micro-breweries right here in Middle Tennessee:
Jackalope Brewing Company, Nashville, TN
Nashville area brewer Jackalope Brewing Company, is owned by three friends who believe. They believe in themselves, and believe in good beer. After years in the working world, all partners thought they were meant for more.
Bailey Sapulding, Robyn Virball and Steve Wright affection for beer grew their passion, and they wanted to start a craft brewery that not only served good brews, but was an active member of the community. Simply, they wanted to make great beers for the local Nashville bar and restaurant scene. Now, Jackalope’s brews are available in over 30 Nashville area restaurants and bars, and growlers can be filled in over 10 locations city-wide.

Good People Brewing Company, Birmingham, AL
Good People Brewing Company in neighboring Birmingham, Alabama, started out as a simply project for friends to share some good beers. There was never an intention to start a business, but after more and more friends began requesting brews, the business was born.

Country Boy Brewing tapped their first brew in February 2012, and has been a vital part of the beer revolution hitting the streets in hometown Lexington, Kentucky. Duck-Rabbit Brewery was built on people and ideas. That passion has led to the express of those ideas in beautifully crafted beers. Master Brewer Paul Philippon was teaching philosophy when the idea of brewing professionals became a passion he couldn’t turn away from. After working for successful area brewers, Philippon took the jump and opened Duck-Rabbit Brewery to serve his own creations.
They’ve become a dark beer specialist with focus in what they consider an under represented beer market. Born and raised in the Farmville community of North Carolina, they considering for expansion, shipping has been spot on, and the Farmville community has welcomed the brewery with open arms.

Mike Stevens and Dave Engbers were both working steady jobs when they decided to throw caution to the wind and open their brewery. It meant quitting their jobs and taking out giant loans. If you’re going to live life, live it hard, without regrets.
That philosophy lead them to create complex, in-your-face ales with huge aromatics, bigger bodies, and tons of flavors. They don’t brew beers for the masses.
