Brentwood Sports Complex Announced April Classes

The Williamson County Parks and Recreation department has announced the schedule of classes for the Indoor Sports complex in Brentwood on Heritage Way. With swim suit weather around the corner and the days getting longer you will likely feel inclined to get out and be more active. The Brentwood Sports Complex has the following going on in April to keep you involved.

Various group fitness classes are offered on an ongoing basis Monday through Friday. These are drop in style so you don’t have to pre-register to attend. You can enjoy Piloxing, Zumba, Pilates, Nite Club Cardio, Chisel & Sculpt and Yoga for only $6 a session, ages 18 and up. Discounted monthly fitness passes are available if you find something you like.

Water aerobics is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:20 a.m. in the shallow water and 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the deep side. You get a full body workout with minimal joint strain for just $3, seniors only $2. Aqua Zumba is available Tuesday and Thursday mornings as well for a bit more active workout.
