Brentwood Hires New City Hall Receptionist

Donna Coffman

After 20 years, there is a new person sitting behind the front desk at Brentwood City Hall. Donna Coffman joined the City of Brentwood as a receptionist on Monday June 25, 2018. Coffman is the first person you speak with when you call the city’s main phone number or walk through the front door of City Hall.

Coffman replaces Margie Sparks who retired on Friday, June 29, 2018 after two decades of employment with City of Brentwood. Sparks now plans to travel, spend time with her grandchildren and occasionally fill in for various positions at City Hall.

Coffman spent the majority of her adult career as an educator in the Williamson County School system. There she implemented and wrote Individualized Education Plans for students. She most recently worked as the Program Services and Continuing Education Coordinator at Vyne Education in Brentwood. Coffman graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.

Coffman lives in Franklin with her husband and enjoys long walks and watching UT football in her spare time. Please welcome her when you see her.
