Last week the HGTV show “Listed Sisters” showcased a home that was revamped in Brentwood’s Chenoweth subdivision, later selling for $200,000 more than its value before the renovations.
Leslie and Derek George were the homeowners, who then purchased a house that the Sisters found for them in the Green Hills area.
Leslie is a third-grade teacher at Edmondson Elementary school, while Derek works in the music industry. They moved to the area in the early 90s when Derek landed a record deal, and they have three boys and one girl together.
The Listed Sisters, Lex and Alana LeBlanc, are two of HGTV’s freshest faces, working to give their clients the home of their dreams while simultaneously giving their current home a facelift in hopes of selling for top dollar. The two live in Nashville and are in their first season of the show.
The show airs on HGTV on Mondays at 7 p.m.
