National real estate corporation, GBT Realty Corporation, has added six new staff members. Founded in 1987 by George B. Tomlin, GBT is headquartered in Brentwood and has been involved with the development of over 20 million square feet of retail development, neighborhood centers, single tenant buildings and more. GBT’s many years of experience with local, regional and national tenants includes such names as Publix, Harris Teeter, Lowe’s, Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreens, Best Buy, Dollar General, Ross Dress for Less, Kohl’s, Bed Bath and Beyond, Marshalls, PetSmart, and Old Navy, to name a few.
Their new team members include:
Tiffany Pruett–Development Assistant to the Shopping Center Division
Pruett has 13 years of retail commercial real estate experience, most recently serving at Brentwood-based PGM Properties.
Sarah Holley–Net Lease Development Manager
Holley will handle site planning, lease exhibit coordination, value engineering and engineering management. Holley brings extensive experience in site engineering and development from her time at Gresham, Smith and Partners and prior work with GBT in both the Net Lease and Shopping Center Divisions.
Zach Rogers–Development Associate
Rogers previously worked as a supply chain engineer at Ryder Logistics. He is a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee.
Susan Haines–Legal Assistant
Haines has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience through positions with Holrob Investments and M&M Development in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Nicole Kitchens–Project Finance Manager
Kitchens has more than 20 years of experience in finance, specializing in customer service, investment management, policy compliance and process improvements. Most recently, she was a loan closing officer at First Tennessee Bank.
Brittany Griffin–Front Desk Administrator
Prior to GBT, she held executive assistant and office management positions in Southern California. She recently relocated from San Diego.
