Brentwood Academy’s Gavin Schoenwald and Tahir Annoor each accounted for a pair of touchdowns, as the Eagles rolled 43-7 past Memphis University School in the TSSAA Division II Class AAA playoffs
Schoenwald threw a touchdown to Knox Perry, and also ran for a score. Annoor had an interception return for a touchdown as well as a rushing TD for BA (10-0).
Toby Wilson added field goals of 29 and 30 yards, and Connor Woodlee scored a late rushing touchdown.
Next, the Eagles (10-0) meet 9-3 McCallie, a 56-35 winner over Briarcrest
BA’s Schoenwald scored on a 8-yard keeper as the Eagles took an early 14-0 lead. That came after Tomario Pleasant’s scoring run.
Camron Johnson had a second-half interception for BA.
