On Sunday, September 29, 2019, Kimberly Williams-Paisley and Storme Warren from SiriusXM’s The Highway will host the third annual Dance Party to End ALZ at the Wildhorse Saloon, 120 2nd Avenue North, Nashville.
They’re going back to the ’80s again this year. Taking on a new twist to raise awareness in the fight to end Alzheimer’s disease, top country artists will perform their favorite hits from the 1980s.
While they haven’t released which country artist will be performing this year, last year’s lineup included Brad Paisley, Lindsay Ell, Charles Esten, High Valley, Jamie O’Neal, Chris Young and more.
Kimberly’s mother passed away from Alzheimer’s three years ago, she shared, “Now, three years after her passing, we keep fighting. We fight so that other families won’t have to endure what we did, so that doctors can get their research funded, so that we can provide hope for the close to 6 million Americans suffering with this horrible disease as well as for their caregivers. If you are in a similar situation, know that you are not alone. Come join us on September 29th at the Dance Party to #EndAlz in #Nashville at the @wildhorsesaloon. We’re gonna go all out #80s music and WARDROBE. The line up this year is SO AWESOME and we will announce it soon”
All the proceeds from the event will go to research to help find a cure.
