“Buy All the Books!” is a popular phrase heard at recent semi-annual book sales.

There will be tons of books and bargains in abundance at the hugely popular Friends of Fairview Library Semi-Annual Used Book Sale. The book sale will be held Thursday and Friday, Jan. 28-29, from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Fairview Recreation Center, 2714 Fairview Blvd.

The book sale is guaranteed to be the most organized sale you will ever attend. The books are organized by categories such as young children, juvenile, non-fiction, and fiction. It is easy to find a book and members of the Friends are there to assist you in locating a book related to your specific interest!

In conjunction with the book sale, the Fairview Family and Community Education (fce) Club will be offering a “coffee shop” during the morning hours. Aromatic, flavorful coffee, donated by First District Coffee Co., will be served. Delicious homemade baked goods will be sold, including a variety of cookies, muffins, apple dumplings and breads. There will also be handmade book and coffee related crafts for sale: book bags, bookmarks, book covers, coffee cozies, coffee gift bags, unique purses, jewelry, scarves, hats and mittens.

As always, all proceeds from sales directly benefit the Fairview Branch of the Williamson County Library! Come Buy All the Books!
