Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee Welcomes New Physiatrist

D. Keith Granger II, D.O.

Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee (BJIT) is pleased to announce the addition of physiatrist D. Keith Granger II, D.O., who joined the practice’s growing team of providers in early August.

“We are extremely fortunate to have Dr. Granger join the Bone and Joint Institute team,” said John Reynolds, Bone and Joint Institute CEO. “As an interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine specialist, Dr. Granger is a valuable addition to our team, helping us to continue to serve the needs of our patients and our region.”

Dr. Granger is a physiatrist specializing in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine, and focuses on the non-surgical treatment and management of spine- and joint-related pain. Through advanced technology such as image-guided injections, radiofrequency ablation and other minimally invasive interventions, he can diagnose and treat spine and musculoskeletal conditions using cutting-edge technology and research. Granger’s non-surgical approach to care is designed to reduce pain and improve function, often serving as an ideal option for patients seeking to delay or avoid surgery and those experiencing ongoing pain despite previous surgeries.
