In the latest issue of Bon Appetit’s magazine on the Culinary Guide to Nashville, it states,”There’s a different kind of ‘Nashville artist’ you need to know about. Some of the most creative minds in this rapidly growing Southern city are found in kitchens, not only on stages, crafting menus rather than melodies — and their hits are just as memorable. When it comes to restaurants that rock, there’s no question: Nashville is one of the country’s top destinations.”

With mentions of City House, 5&Taylor, and Bajo Sexton in downtown Nashville, it takes you through an edible guide tour of Nashville.

But the one thing they mention is love as in the iconic Loveless Cafe just off the Natchez Trace.

“This house-turned-motel-turned-restaurant has been known for biscuits, fried chicken and Tennessee tradition since the 1950s. Wander the charming gift shop and barn or browse the impressive collection of autographs that cover the walls. At The Loveless Cafe, you’ll get a taste of what continues to define the Nashville food scene: Southern hospitality, generous servings and good company”, says Bon Apetit magazine.
