Bluegrass Fest Street Closures in Downtown Franklin Starting Today

Bluegrass Fest street closures downtown starting today @ 4 – Sat. Main St, 3rd Ave, 4th Ave, The Square.

Main Street from 2nd Avenue to 4th Avenue will close at 4 p.m. (Third Avenue N will be closed from the Square to the alley. Third Avenue S will be closed from the Square to Church Street. Fourth Ave and Second Ave will remain open to traffic.)

The quadrants of the Square in front of Capital Bank, City Hall, and the Courthouse were blocked off at 5 a.m. this morning. The quadrant in front of Fifth Third Bank will close beginning at 12 Noon.
