Biscuit Love

It’s a biscuit homecoming! Sarah and Karl Worley, owners of Biscuit Love, started serving biscuits out of a food truck in 2012 in Franklin. Since then, their great food has become known across the Middle Tennessee area and they opened a brick and mortar location in Nashville in 2015, shutting down their food truck.

Finally, the Worley’s and their famous biscuits are returning to Williamson County.

Lillie Belle’s, a mansion in downtown Franklin rented out for various events like weddings, has been sold and Biscuit Love will move into the building.

Earlier in December, owners of Lillie Belle’s posted on their Facebook page about their decision to sell the property.

“The opportunity to serve the public in Downtown Franklin has been a rich and rewarding experience for which we are thankful. Coming to know so many people who have graced us with support has created memories we will always treasure.”

On December 31st, Lillie Belle’s closed, putting a final message on their Facebook page.

We spoke to Sarah Worley who confirmed that Biscuit Love will be opening in the former Lillie Belle’s location but was unable to give us any further details as they are working with the City of Franklin to finalize the details.

Biscuit Love currently has a brick and mortar restaurant in the Gulch in Nashville and will soon be opening a location in Hillsboro Village. Biscuit Love’s popularity has grown tremendously since opening their Nashville location. If you have visited the location in the Gulch, you have probably seen the long lines, as Biscuit Love attracts locals and tourists alike.

In 2015, Bon Apetit named Biscuit Love one of America’s Best New Restaurants and in January 2016, Garden & Gun called Biscuit Love one of the five most exciting new restaurants in the south.

The new Biscuit Love will be located at 132 3rd Avenue South, Franklin. As we receive further information, we will share it with you here.
