Big Businesses Call Berry Farms Home

Berry Farms is welcoming the addition of some large, local companies to its neighborhood. Berry Farms is a 600-acre mixed-use community in Franklin at the I-65 / Peytonsville Road interchange. Berry Farms offers 3 million square feet of Class A office space and its prime location has attracted several corporations to relocate or expand to the Berry Farms community.

Ramsey Solutions

The Nashville Business Journal reports that Ramsey Solutions plan to relocate its headquarters and operations to Berry Farms. “For the first time, annual revenue has surpassed $100 million. Ramsey employs more than 500 people today, ranking among the 25 largest employers in Williamson County. Ramsey said he plans to hire as many as 180 more workers within the next year,” reports The Nashville Business Journal.

Lee Company

Nashville Business Journal reports that Lee Company plans to build their new corporate headquarters in the booming Berry Farms  and paid $3.16 million for the site. “We’re enjoying unprecedented organic growth in all of our groups right now, and we’re blessed to have it. Now is the time: We are planning for our next 15 years of growth,” said company president Richard Perko to the Business Journal.

Tennessee Baptist Convention

At the end of October, the Executive Board of the Tennessee Baptist Convention signed the closing documents, preparing the way for construction to begin on a permanent location for the convention’s Church Support Center in Berry Farms.

“We are thankful to have this step behind us and can now turn our attention to the construction,” said Randy C. Davis, executive director of the Executive Board. “This is a momentous day in the life of Tennessee Baptists and the future of our ministry to those in our state and around the world.”

Construction on the 32,000-square-foot building is scheduled to begin March 1, 2016 with a completion date slated by March 1, 2017.

Publix

This summer, Berry Farms announced that a 46,000 square foot Publix will be built with an opening date in Summer 2016.

Hampton Inn & Suites
