Battle Ground Academy cruised to a 44-6 halftime lead, and won the game by the same score over White’s Creek on Friday.
BGA quarterback Drew Martin was 9-of-13 for 187 yards and four touchdowns, two going to Ollie Reese (three catches, 90 yards) and another each to Tiy Reed and Jack Jewell.
The Wildcats held White’s Creek to 93 total yards, with Chico Bennett (9 1/2 tackles, three for loss, 1 1/2 sacks) and Conner Mitchell (2 1/2 tackles, two for loss) leading the defense.
BGA led 21-0 by the end of the first quarter.
It’s the second win in a row for the Wildcats, who are now 6-1.
BGA travels to Glencliff next week.
