Just minutes from Cool Springs is a 601 acre development by Boyle Investment Company that is destined to be the “next generation of Cool Springs,” says Tom Miller, former Franklin Mayor and vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial in Brentwood. Barry Farms is a community development designed to mesh work, home, commerce and leisure.

Phase 1 of development, Berry Farms Town Center, is underway in the Goose Creek area west of I-65. The half-way mark for development is expected to appear in about 5 years, and the development will be capable of housing corporate headquarters, Class A office space, high-density housing and retail outlets.

Expected yield for development is 3.5 million square feet of office space, 1,100 residences, and 1.6 million square feet of retail space. Projected growth in Williamson County and the track record of increased population and business investment lead Boyle to feel confident that this project is timed perfectly for the area.
