New Cool Springs Dance Boutique Opens With a Fashion Show

Bellissimo Dance Boutique of Cool Springs celebrated its grand opening on Sunday, Aug. 28, by hosting an outdoor “Back to Dance” Fashion Show, showcasing the latest fashion trends in dance apparel.

More than 150 guests attended the cutting-edge, fashion-forward event, a first for the Nashville area. This year’s models featured 36 dancers representing more than 14 Williamson and Davidson County dance studios and schools.

Robyne Kennedy, director of the dance programs at Brentwood Academy, Roots Dance Academy and Oak Hill School, emceed the show.

Bellissimo, the Nashville area’s first Dance Boutique, offers an eclectic variety of the latest fashion trends in dance and fitness wear. Bellissimo, which means “beautiful,” reflects the belief of store owners Patrice Powell, Kelley Descher and Chelsea Drimmel that when you do something you love and are passionate about – with all your heart – your inner beauty shines and simply cannot be contained.

The mission of Bellissimo is to empower all girls to feel beautiful just the way they are.
