Brentwood Academy, apparently.
The Eagles (3-0, 1-0 DII-AA), hosting Jackson Central-Merry, led 42-0 after a quarter and 63-0 at half on the way to completely dominant win.
BA Enters Madden Mode
In the first BA took an insurmountable lead. Sophomore quarterback Gavin Schoenwald threw 2 touchdown passes and, on defense, returned an interception for a score. Coutrell Plair caught a 76-yard touchdown and returned a fumble and a blocked punt for scores
In all BA scored 28 points on defense, forcing five turnovers while limiting Central-Merry to 93 total yards (31 rushing and 62 passing).

The Eagles, on the other hand, gained 402 total yards. Using four quarterbacks, were 16 for 22 for 280 yards and 2 touchdowns. Schoenwald threw 8 for 8 for 187 yards and 2 touchdowns. Running, BA gained 122 yards on 16 carries, led by Brieon True who totaled 41 yards and a touchdown on 3 carries. Plair led BA in receiving, with his lone catch the long touchdown.
BA has scored 49, 47 and now 70 points in its three victories this year; its lone loss came two weeks ago versus Kentucky superpower Trinity, 31-13.
The Eaglles are ranked No. 3 statewide after four weeks, behind only Maryville and Oakland.
Next week BA begins its stretch of Division II-AA East/Middle Region play, traveling to Baylor (4-0, 1-0).
