The Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) has released the monthly stats for August.
Highlights:
- Williamson County residential singly-family home average hit an all time high of $608,743
- Days on the Market (DOM) for single family homes stays steady at 34.
- August’s single-family residential home inventory lowered slightly to 1,455 units, a decrease from July’s 1,508
- Top three highest cities for median sales price are: Brentwood ($687,000), College Grove ($671,620) ad Franklin ($545,000)
