Artisan Guitars Leaves The Factory at Franklin

Specialty guitar store Artisan Guitars has moved out of its space at The Factory at Franklin. Formerly across the hallway from Honest Coffee Roasters, the store is now empty.

On a Facebook post, the store posted, “New habitat, new hours. Track One building, in the corner of 4th Avenue South & Chestnut. Minutes from Broadway & the Gulch, come check it out!”

You can find the new store location at 1201 4th Avenue South, Nashville. Hours for the new location will be Tuesday- Wednesday, 10 a – 6 p, Thursday – Saturday, 10 a – 5 p, Closed on Sunday and by appointment only on Monday.

Artisan Guitars opened back in 2004. They represent some of the finest acoustic guitar builders of this century, luthiers who in their own right are artists in every sense of the term. You can find future heirloom quality instruments that will be used for generations.

Over the years, they have hosted in-store concerts with Roy Bookbinder, Muriel Anderson, Pete Huttlinger, Stephen Bennett, Missy Raines & The New Hip, 3 Ring Circle with Rob Ickes – Dave Pomeroy – Andy Leftwich, The Cool Cats from Italy, Eric Skye, Ben Helson, Tim Stafford, Keith Sewell, and more.

The store shared on their website they have served local artists and songwriters which include Brad Paisley, Jim Lauderdale, Keb’ Mo, Bryan Sutton, Jeremy Spillman, and more.
