Pinnacle Hospitality Partners, a company that already owns two hotels in the Nashville area, recently purchased 1.8 undeveloped acres of land near the Brentwood Town Center.
The $2.2 million sale was made earlier this year with the previous land owner Joe H. Miles Jr.
As of now, the company has no development plans for the nearly two-acres of purchased land.
Town Center properties in Brentwood are under a C-4 zoning which means that the property to be developed could be a hotel, any number of retail outlets or office space. This area is under the watchful eye of the concerned citizens of Brentwood, and more news is yet to come on this developing story.
