The public is invited to the first ever Polar Plunge & Winter Festival at Westhaven on Saturday, Feb. 20th. Polar Plunge participants will take a frosty dip into Westhaven’s outdoor pool to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity’s affordable housing mission.
This fun, family-friendly event also includes:
- Children’s activities hosted by the Academy of Westhaven and the Junior Predators
- A snow machine
- Music from DJ Louis Lee
- Food trucks, including Brothers Burgers, Granite City, and Pig N Pit BBQ.
WSMV Channel 4’s Chief Meteorologist Lisa Spencer will be the guest of honor at the event and will lead the plunge countdown.
The event takes place 11a-1p on Feb 20th at the Westhaven Residents’ Club at 401 Cheltenham Ave, Franklin, TN 37064.
