The Fairview Recreation Complex now offers Aqua Fitness classes in the outdoor pool. On Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., enjoy Move!, a medium intensity water-based workout designed to strengthen, stretch and tone the body using both shallow and deep water approaches with resistance tools. On Saturday mornings from 8:50 a.m. to 9:50 a.m., Aqua Zumba will be offered.
All Aqua Fitness classes are $8 per class for teens and adults, and $4 for seniors (55+). Aqua Fitness classes are included in all premium passes.
