Grace Christian Academy’s Mason McKnatt had another fantastic game, but the Lions fell to Eagleville, 76-60, on Monday in spite of it.
McKnatt, a sophomore who recently eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for his career, scored 30 on Monday. That included five 3-pointers.
But, the Lions were out-done by Eagleville’s four-man tandem of Ethan Cobb (21 points), Graham Hatcher (19), Mari Stoudemire (12) and Jordan Davenport (11).
Eagleville led 37-33 at half, and 55-46 at the end of the third quarter.
Cole Scott chipped in 17 for GCA, and Jayce Brown added nine.
It was the first game for GCA since Jan. 9, due to a pair of recent snows in Williamson County.
