The Williamson County Animal Center (WCAC) in Franklin is pleased to announce it is joining 1,200 U.S. shelters for the 5th annual NBCUniversal Clear the Shelters Day, Saturday, August 17, 2019.
WCAC currently has a wide variety of 51 beautiful adoptable dogs and cats. On Saturday, August 17, the center is offering special “Clear the Shelter” adoption rates: Adult dogs, $25; puppies $85; cats $10; kittens $10 (for one or two!) All the dogs and cats adopted through Williamson County Animal Center are current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered and microchipped.
Williamson County Animal Center is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Intakes are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The shelter is located at 106 Claude Yates Dr., next to Franklin High School, and the phone number is (615) 790-5590.
