Each year a select group of pacesetters are chosen to partake in Leadership Franklin, a community leadership program which educates, informs and empowers leaders who are driven to improve the quality of life in Franklin and Williamson County.

This marks the 17th year for Leadership Franklin, with an impressive 254 alumni on their rolls. “The legacy of Leadership Franklin is deep and far-reaching,” said Debbie Henry, Associate Executive Director. This year’s “class is an outstanding group of individuals representing a rich spectrum of business, governmental, and community leaders with a shared vision of shaping the future of our community in a positive and profound manner,” continued Henry.
