Amazon will open a retail storefront in The Mall at Green Hills, reports the Nashville Post.

A building permit has been issued for a 4,600 square foot build-out in the former space of Z Gallerie. The cost estimated is $490,000, and Bacon Construction Co from Franklin will serve as the contractors.

Amazon declined to comment to the Post what kind of storefront to expect. Amazon storefronts include Amazon Go, Amazon 4 Star, Presented by Amazon and Amazon Books. At one point, the Green Hills Mall was home to Davis Kidd Bookseller, but it closed back in 2010.

UPDATE: Amazon Books to Open in Green Hills
