Just down the road is the Old Order Amish Community where people live simply crafting, creating, and providing with each other in the old ways. There’s also a welcome center which you can take a ride in a horse drawn covered wagon through the Amish farms. If you prefer, you can also take your own driving tour. Signs at the ends of the driveways list what each farm has to sale. The Amish country prefers to not be photographed though, and they do not make sales on Sundays, so make sure to plan accordingly.
