Alton Brown visited Nashville last week for his show “Alton Brown Live: Eat Your Science”, the follow-up to the smash “Edible Inevitable” tour which is taking place across the country.

In his latest show Alton experiments and we heard there was singing and lots of entertainment .

But before Brown hit the stage at TPAC, he took a food tour of Nashville documenting some of his favorites throughout the city.

His first stop-Biscuit Love owned by Williamson County residents, Karl and Sarah Worley. Brown stated,”who would have guessed the best shrimp & grits of my life (thus far) would be in Nashville! Thanks @biscuitlovebrunch”

Brown tends to visit coffee shops in every city. In Nashville, Brown visited Steadfast Coffee stating,”One of the sexiest coffee menus I’ve ever seen. Steadfast Coffee”

There was even a shout-out to Hatch Show Print who made a poster for Brown’s tour.

But what has everyone talking is Alton Brown’s video he posted where he did a blind taste test of Nashville Hot Chicken.  He had two samples. From the video, we don’t know who the loser is, but we can tell you that Hattie B’s chicken won his personal taste test.  Watch his video below.
