Southeast Venture announced today that Franklin-based Snapworx has signed a lease to occupy 28,765 square feet of office space in the second phase of the office building Dimension at Mallory Park in Brentwood. The new tenant plans to move into the space in November.

Snapworx is the developer of SNAP, a revolutionary software built on artificial intelligence that enables users to automate their business operations in the durable medical equipment industry and to streamline the patient management process.

“The higher density office space available at Dimension at Mallory Park is perfect for Snapworx as it continues to expand its number of employees,” said Michael Finucane, principal at Southeast Venture.

The second phase of Dimension at Mallory Park is a 63,236-square-foot project in Brentwood, specifically designed to accommodate companies looking for higher density office space. As its newest tenant, Snapworx will lease space beside Verus Healthcare, Inc. which began its lease as the anchor tenant of Phase II in 2017. Dimension at Mallory Park Phase I was leased in full to Quorum Healthcare Corporation when it was completed in the fall of 2016.

“We’re excited to join Verus Healthcare at Dimension of Mallory Park,” said Mike Lorenz of Snapworx. “Working together within this state-of-the-art building will streamline our operations and allow for greater collaboration.”
